Billy Goats Gruff

This is my submission to the 2026 GB Pixel Art Jam.  I based it on "The Three Billy Goats Gruff" fairy tale.  I typically only do 1bit art and it was a fun challenge attempting to use more than 2 colors.  Using only 4 seemed like a not too ambitious way to dip my toes in to the world of colored pixel art. Had a blast doing it and hope to do more 2bit stuff in the future. 

The second image was photographed on an Apple II monitor (A2M2010). It's a monochrome monitor and I love the way Gameboy art looks on it.  If I have time and the motivation I want to photograph some of the other submissions on it. If I do I'll share them here.
