Game renders best in full-screen

Known bug - For some reason the dice roll animation occasionally loops a couple of extra times.  When it does this it appears to consistently land on the third roll and in no other way affects gameplay.

Kit-Twins II: Feline Groovy is my submission to the GMTKJam 2022.  Last years jam was my first jam and first ever completed game and I thought it would be neat to make a sequel of it as a test to see how far I've progressed in a year.  No code from the first Kit-Twins was reused in this years entry.  Mostly because it is against the rules and spirit of the jam, but also because it was very poorly written.  If out of morbid curiosity anyone wants to check out the original Kit-Twins here is a link.

The collision box for the spikes is too big. As a result the cats get hit long before it looks like they should. Having the bottom cat be able to move while the die is rolling makes it feel like guesswork where the bottom cat should start. Also, having one of the cats barely be able to make even a small jump is just annoying to deal with.

I got through a handful of the sections, then stopped because it felt like they were just repeating with no difficulty curve at all.

Thanks for the honest feedback.  When you refer to the small jump I'm assuming you are referring to green cat.  You might have missed in the dialogue, but the green one has a double jump.  Sorry you found the game so unpleasant and frustrating, but if you had gone a little bit further it does get more difficult and a couple of more mechanics are introduced.  Anyways thanks for playing though! I'll take your feedback into consideration if I ever do anything more with the game.

I love the concept on display here. The controls feel slippery, though. Multiple times it felt like the cat died because it didn't do what I wanted it to, not because I made a mistake.
